Chief Executive Officer
Boon Hoe brings with him over 20 years of experience and track record in real estate marketing, investment brokerage and capital sourcing. Apart from building up the residential brokerage and research capabilities, he is instrumental in setting up the Investment Sales division for cross-border transactions and capital sourcing for brownfield projects.
Prior to the founding of Arcadia Consulting, Boon Hoe was the COO of List Sotheby’s International Realty Singapore. Other preceding positions include the Managing Director of CBRE Realty Associates Pte Ltd for 7 years, and the Director of Residential Project Marketing of CBRE.

Marc has over 30 years of experience in real estate investment and development, holding leading roles at Richard Ellis, Regus, and CBRE in Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Manila, Phnom Penh and Hong Kong.
He is currently engaged as an investor in Asian real estate while serving as the Chairman of CBRE Cambodia, as well as being an independent non-executive director at VinGroup.

Boon Kuah has 40 years of professional experience in real estate and aviation.
He was Group President and CEO of Guocoland, a Singapore listed company, overseeinq the Group’s real estate investment, development management and asset management in Singapore, China, Malaysia and UK. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director and COO of Far East Organization; one of Asia’s largest real estate group.

Jolene help positions as Head of Regional Marketing in China and Vietnam under Keppel Land International, CapitaLand China and Frasers Property International.
Prior to her oversea roles, Jolene was Project Consultant and Agency Manager with Knight Frank Singapore.

A seasoned real estate professional specialising in luxury homes and successful entrepreneur, Edwin brings with him valuable client-servicing experience in the creative industry, and in-depth knowledge in real estate market from his previous career dealing with international properties and global luxury residential brokerage.
His astute outlook on the international real estate market enables him to provide insightful advices to the clients on real estate acquisition, disposition and leasing needs.

With a combined working experience of 20 years, Jack has held an impressive range of senior positions in property and property-related industries including: the Director of International Property Sales at Savills Singapore, prior to which the Country Head at Country Garden Singapore, and the Head of Sales at KOP Properties. While in banking and legal sector, he was the Head of Business Development and Marketing in a legal firm, and a Relationship Manager at DBS Bank.
Jack has over the years, successfully marketed many luxury projects in Singapore and global markets, including Forest City, The Ritz Carlton Residences, Hamilton Scott’s Residences (Singapore), 10 Trinity Residences (London), Montigo Resort and Residences (Indonesia) and Winter Land Resort Shanghai.

Josh brings with him over 15 years of experience in project marketing (local/overseas), residential sales and leasing, and capital market brokerage.Over the years, he has handled numerous deals, including challenging estate sales/litigation sales, and off – market transactions – a clear demonstration of the trust and high regard he has earnt from clients and associates over the years.
He has worked with many clients, from UHNW private investors locally and globally, to corporate companies, providing strategic advice on all aspects of purchase, investment, relocation & lease.

Chin Yee has experiences in servicing HNW clients as well as managing a highly proficient and committed team in promoting and selling real estate from all across the globe to buyers within South-East Asia. She brings a wealth of knowledge in sales and marketing in these key major markets in Thailand, UK, Australia, Germany, US , Malaysia and Singapore.
Chin Yee has spent most of her career as a Director or Partner in reputable property agencies where she’s instrumental in leading and selling real estate under her management.
Chin Yee’s last held position was Country Manager for Sansiri in Singapore and prior to that she was an Associate Director with IP Global Singapore.

delivering impeccable services for her clients. She enjoys assisting people explore extraordinary opportunities by anticipating their needs, ensuring timely services, and performing her responsibilities with thoroughness and integrity.
